Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the efficient operation of a dispatch center including managing customer and vendor relationships, scheduling, and resolving conflicts between internal and external parties.
Assists in the resolution of customer issues and complaints.
Provides timely and accurate dispatch information to customers, employees, and management.
Performs other duties as assigned.
