Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, take messages - keep lobby clean and restock merchandise when needed - Schedule appointments and manage calendars multi task - Assist with taking dogs in and out to and from clients - File and maintain client cards - Any experience in dog grooming salon booking is a plus - Provide excellent customer support to clients and visitors
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required - Previous experience in a similar role preferred - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
