Summary:
onsemi is seeking a candidate to drive Process Integration in analog and mixed signal technologies to support automotive, industrial and consumer business segments.
The candidate should preferentially have experience in HV BCD (Bipolar CMOS, DMOS) FEOL Process Development.
Familiarity with FE HV isolation and HV EPI development and automotive grade intrinsic and extrinsic reliability requirements is required.
This candidate will work cooperatively and collaboratively with product designers, process development and manufacturing groups in wafer fabs and assembly operations located around the world to ensure a robust development and transfer of new products and technologies to manufacturing.
Also highly preferred are candidates with prior experience and long-term interest in personnel management.
These individuals must have a keen desire to lead people and invest in their development.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement various low and high voltage process modules and integrate the modules into existing or new process flows.
Interface with product designers, fab process, reliability and packaging/assembly engineering to develop and qualify technologies for automotive/industrial/consumer products.
Build and establish cooperative relationships with process integration, manufacturing, quality/reliability and business teams globally to ensure effective execution of technology/product release goals.
Define innovative process solutions required to meet technology and device needs.
Support manufacturing ramp and industrialization after technology qualification.

Qualifications:
Requirements:
MS/PhD in Physics, Chemistry, Material Science or Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
5
years' experience in process integration or process development in fab or assembly environments.
Familiarity with CMOS/analog aluminum and copper process (FEOL/BEOL) integration.
Demonstrated proficiency in DOE design and analysis.
Familiarity with SPC, FMEA, and Lean Six Sigma principles as they apply to manufacturing and design.
Demonstrated project leadership skills including project planning, risk assessment and mitigation, and meeting aggressive schedules.
Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with personnel from multiple levels and cultures.
