processing payments to vendors in AP processing payments in AR processing payroll prepare weekly financial and hours reports job costing monthly bank and credit card reconciliations monthly sales tax filing tracking customer accounts and collections calls Understanding of Accounting Principles and General Ledger Reconciliation Advanced Excel Experience Advanced Quickbooks Experience a plus Budgeting and Financial Reporting Responsibilities for owner and managers Must have Quickbooks and Excel experience.
Must also have strong attention to detail skills.
Paychex experience a plus.
