You must be eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship THE ROLE:
Must be able to work a 12-hour rotating night shift (6:
30pm to 6:
30am) in a cleanroom Schedule is inclusive of weekends, holidays, etc.
NIGHT SHIFT RECEIVES A 15% DIFFERENTIAL! Pay rate will increase after certification completion Schedule is alternating - 4 days/week, then 3 days/week Perform production operations activities of semiconductor wafer and display products (e.
g.
, silicon wafers, devices, integrated circuits/boards) Perform manufacturing tasks associated with photolithography, thin films deposition, and other semiconductor type processes Monitor and evaluate production process and results Assist with set-up, running, and qualification of manufacturing equipment Ability to follow documented standards and identify and/or report any tool performance or process deviations Ensure tools remain running, loaded, and qualified to run product Understand your operation and meet expected throughput and cycle time targets React flexibly to changing work priorities and demands, working over-time as requested Follow all safety, security, and clean room procedures Follow all time and attendance requirements, including clocking in and out and call-in procedures Demonstrates initiative and curiosity by looking for better ways to do things within scope of control and participate actively in continuous improvement activities Achieve technical knowhow in maintaining or operating tools and maintain certifications Ability to work independently without supervision after certification EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High School diploma required Associate degree or equivalent certification desirable KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Prior experience working in a cleanroom a
