Senior Systems Analyst

A client of Insight Global is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the Manufacturing IT Systems team, located in East Fishkill, NY.
The Senior Systems Analyst will have the opportunity to work with key business partners and IT peers in understanding the many systems enabling and supporting the factory, transitioning their ownership to the client, and ensuring they have a holistic plan in place to build the necessary confidence in advance of Day1 change of ownership.
This highly advanced, fully automated, 300 mm factory is staffed with 1,000 employees ( 50 of which are within IT), partnered with a substantial global network of remote support (all focused on ensuring its success).
Theyre looking to build on that foundation, and continue taking things to the next level, by bringing in additional well-organized, process-oriented, and data-driven talent.
Objectives:
Drive various manufacturing application related analyses, summaries, socializations, funding requests, and subsequent executions associated with the onsemi acquisition of the Global Foundries East Fishkill, NY factory such as:
A dependency analysis to understand what data is coming in to the factory and what data is going out of the factory A knowledge/skill gap assessment to understand where risks and opportunities exist The localization of remotely hosted manufacturing applications The replacement of select manufacturing applications The reconnection of local manufacturing applications to corporate enterprise applications Prepare for and support the operational integration and steady-state sustaining of the manufacturing applications post acquisition such as:
Establishing a plan to execute on Aligning to the onsemi culture, strategy, and way of doing things to constructively help the local team to see that more clearly and easily Implementing standard onsemi processes, metrics, and KPIs Building, developing, and maintaining strong working relationships with:
the local team, to assist with multi-threading bottleneck areas, and the global team, to assist with directing remote help locally Showing day-to-day continuous improvement Create templates, repeatable processes, and playbook material to be reused in future onsemi acquisitions and integrationsInnate assertiveness, flexibility, initiative, organization, and attention to detail Able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization Comfortable working in a dynamic/global/matrix environment, often in remote/virtual settings5
years of experience in the semiconductor industry, manufacturing in general, and/or any associated M&A work (acquisitions and/or divestitures) Hard skills/experience and interest in learning any IT/manufacturing systems (MES, AMHS, Equipment Automation, Equipment Interface, etc.
) and analysis processes Familiar with, and able to utilize, software development/operations/integration methodologies and best practices, general infrastructure design, and project management concepts and approaches Able to identify technology needs, formulate corresponding solutions, and utilize systematic methods/processes in doing so Able to manage and drive multiple concurrent tasks/projects involving many types of resources (FTEs, vendors, contractors, interns, etc.
) Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and/or related engineering/technical field Recommended Skills Assertive Attention To Detail Automation Business Process Improvement Communication Coordinating Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
