Position Overview Skills/Qualities Required:
Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and masonry skills required.
Must be mechanically inclined.
Welding and Machine shop experience a plus.
Must be able to read and understand written directions.
Accurately use measuring equipment and hand tools Ability to operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Must be able to write legibly and fill out maintenance work orders.
Good communicator.
Must be able to stand continuously for 10-hour shifts.
Able to work flexible hours.
Must be able to adhere to company policy, safety rules and regulations, and wear PPE.
Shift:
7am-5pm Monday-Friday Salary $32 per hour negotiable with experience Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Must have Industrial Maintenance Tech experience.
Troubleshoot and solve problems in the areas of plumbing, electrical and pneumatics.
Machinist skills preferred:
design and fabricate solutions to machine problems.
Periodic inspections and servicing of equipment.
Assists with completion of system modifications and improvement projects.
Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machine components.
Assist in machine and facilities maintenance projects.
Use of Lathes, Milling machines, Saws, Grinders, Drills, etc.

Salary:
$32.
00 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
