Our accounting office ultimately handles all aspects of finances connected to the organization.
The duties of the Bookkeeper include:
Overseeing, managing and coordinating accounts payable/receivable and payroll; Ensures appropriate organization of all finances; Manages all needs related to disability and workers comp.
issues; Manages sales tax and hotel tax filings; Ensures group invoices are completed; Ensures that all necessary filings are completed in a timely manner; Ensures all appropriate paperwork for all staff and vendors is on file as per all regulations; Completes ongoing reports required for management of the Board of Directors; Coordinate and work through the Audit process annually; and works collaberatively and positively with all staff, parents and the Board of Directors.
Applicants, at minimum, should posess three years of experience in the bookkeeping area and know how to work on Quickbooks.
Must be able to easily learn functionality and usage of bill pay system and payroll systems in place.
