JOB DESCRIPTION: Provide highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. Represent the company to the customer and assume accountability for customer satisfaction with service. Assure operational quality of system equipment. Coordinate actions with customers to minimize down time. Evaluate, analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot technical equipment problems via telephone or at customer site. Ensure equipment enhances customer production. Repair and update equipment at customer facility. Evaluate equipment to determine type and extent of problem. Prepare field service reports on customer support activity and provides documentation to other supporting functions supporting functions on re-occurring problems. Prepare quotes for customers based on labor, travel expenses incurred and parts needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Masters in Engineering, Electronics, or related field and 2 years of experience in job offered or in support engineering-related occupation.
Education or experience must include:
1. Advanced system knowledge on eBeam tools and technology;
2. Design and development on eBeam tools;
3. Advanced Optics alignments and calibrations knowledge on eBeam tools;
4. Advanced knowledge of service and application procedures, Best Known Methods, and troubleshooting methodologies;
5. Product installation, high level system troubleshooting, tool performance analysis, and applications support;
6. High-level expertise in Corrective Maintenance, Preventative Maintenance Cycle, and design and development processes on the eBeam tools; and
7. Extensive experience in data analysis and manual system calibration.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
