Summary of responsibility:
Establishment ofthe equipment engineering and maintenance related business processes necessaryto run and maintain the tools in production, as well as their documentationaccording to quality standards.
Manage equipmentspending to ensure it fits within budget, and work on cost reduction.
Work in closecollaboration with Process Engineering and Manufacturing teams
Engage in knowledge exchange on best known methods andimprovement levers with sister fabs and other modules.
Create materialsand perform training of equipment technicians working on tools in the area.
Ensure closeinteraction with equipment suppliers. Drive escalations and work together onresolution of tool issues.
Read andinterpret tool schematics (electrical, PIDs, utilities diagrams, etc.)
Engage incontinuous improvement activities on tools and develop solutions for higherthroughput and improvement in tool performance.
Perform dataanalysis of recurring and/or chronic issues.
Perform all activities in a safe and responsiblemanner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Securityrequirements and programs.
RequiredQualification:
Education: B.S. degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Solid State Physics or other related engineering physical science discipline.
Experience - Minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience.
Strong continuous improvement mindset, permanently driving to identify and eliminate waste and errors in business process, work procedures and instructions, work organization
Strong organizational skills, demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs.
Excellent interpersonal skills, energetic and self-starter.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
